Saudi Arabia rules Forbes’ 2025 list; it leads the Arab World in billionaire riches.

By billionaire wealth, Saudi Arabia is now the richest country in the Arab world with 15 people on Forbes‘ 2025 World’s Billionaires list.

Taken together, these Saudi billionaires represent almost 43.4 percent of all Arab billionaires’ total wealth, which amounts to roughly $55.8 billion.

First among the wealthiest Arabs globally is Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, with a net worth of around $16.5 billion.

Among other wellknown Saudi billionaires are healthcare tycoon Sulaiman Al Habib, whose wealth is close $10.9 billion, and Emad Al Muhaidib, whose net worth is close $3.8 billion.

The high Forbes list ranking comes after a boom in initial public offerings on the Saudi Exchange following the COVID19 pandemic, which helped to push up the number of billionaires from the Kingdom significantly.

By contrast, Lebanon has six billionaires with a total net worth of $12.3 billion; the UAE and Egypt each have five billionaires with respective net worths of $24.3 billion and $20.6 billion.
